My eating problem is getting to be beyond control!

The title explains most of it...i can;t stop eating now i am 135 lb! I AM GETTING FAT AGAIN! I don't want to bd fat again...its horrible...Everytime i start my diet my mom buys me doughnuts...candy bars...or JUNK FOOD! Its horible...and i says no mom i am not gonna eat it...i am on a diet...but there is nothing else to eat at times, so i eat the junk food.

Today ALONE i have eaten Two Snicker Bars,two ice cream cones, and a 1/2 glas of kool-aid! Its all about sugar now! Sugar and carbs! THEY SUCK! I need some serious help! I don't want to go back to school fat again!!!!!!...

Date: 6/15/2002 9:37:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 49091    I do 50 crunches, 29 usj ups, and 20 leg lifts a day...sometims i walk on saturdays with my dad...noty speed walk just normal...i am 13 on Tuesday, i am 5'5 and i look fat...i have this stonach that sticks out... as lot but about a centimeter. I know thst not a lot but my height is suppose to be with 120! So i am 15 lb OVER weight! I hate it!

But you know what? you have to be happy with yourself the way you are. If you want to lose the weight double up on the exercises, but if you are like your profile says, under 13, you shouldnt worry too much about it. Heck, I will be the first to tell anyone that I am a fluffy person. I do not consider myself fat at all, nor do I think of myself as that, and other people see how my attitude is about it and they dont stress on it either. Its all about how you think about it and how you present yourself with this type of problem. I can see you have a lot of will power, and if over the summer you gain some weight as long as you exercise like you have been, it shouldnt be that much of a gain to los off too.. I hope I make sense, I am kinda tired.. lol *Huge huggles* Love, Amanda
