my problem is, i let things get to me, and i end up getting my feelings hurt badly. is this just because I let it get to me? for example, me and my boyfriend just broke up. he was lazy, a drop out, couldn't keep a job for nothing, always preferred to hang out with his friends rather than me, did every drug under the sun, and flat out treated me like crap. but, he said he loved me. i beleived it too. and when he broke up with me he said he still loves me. i actually don't know where I'm going with this, i guess i'm just wondering would you be hurt in this situation? i think the only reason I feel hurt is because i let it get to me, and i was hoping that things would be the way they were supposed to be. i'm just confused!
