Ya' know I was just about to post this. It seems that what ever I've ever learned about losing weight only works at different times in my life. I think that sometimes certain diets or regimens work for a person and sometimes they don't. Also some diets work for some people and not for others. I have surrendered to walking, fruit, (try to drink water but hate too!) and small meals with no food after 6pm. Good luck and if you get something good for advice let me know too! :)  |

Click on 39887 and go to # 30 and read, "The diet BusyBee is losing weight on". It really works. I start it back tomorrow, its the easiest one I have ever been on. I have lost 38 pounds on it!!  |

Yes hun, exercise like in walking and cut out fats and eat sensibly...might take a little time but it will work....oh, and drink water ...:)  |
