What ever happened to the songwriters Singing all their glory, This hip-hop-pop just cannot stop Selling sex to tell a story. Meaningless nothingness, Do we have a clue, What this non-stop morality drop, Has done to me and you. They say let love be blind, Just how blind should we be? If we close our eyes too tight, We'll not be able to see. This sin-infested, faint, ill-rested, Child molested society, Is eating up,and beating up The very heart and soul of me. I close my eyes in shame, Between floods, drought and flame, I see the wrath, He sweeps the path, And will do it again and again. While wrapped inside your daily grind Do you notice the disasters marking the ends of time?
