Yyour best bet for gaining lean hard muscles would be the new creatine sports drink, but there is a risk involved as in all body building supplements, creatin helps the muscles hold more water, thus causing your hear to hold more water which means, later on in life, you will have congestive heart failure in most, you could be an exception, but if you want a risk free- hard muscle builder, I say just hit the gym for about 3 hours a day, and work hard and eat right, then you own't need any supplements, you're body will give you all you need, I hope I could be of help.....  |
