I did the proxide thing..And I wouldn't recomend it to anyone...It took me forever to get my hair back to normal..It will dry it out and eventually you will have to get it cut off...which sucked big time.....**Big Canadian Hugs** |

Food Coloring, just add it into normal hairspray, but be sure to add about 5-7 drops, depending on how dark you want it, you can add, and mix colors. That'll give you some funky, wash out stuff, if you're really wild, you can divide your hair spray, into a few different bottles and put different colors into each, and go for a Cyndi Lauper-ish effect. That can be really cool. It'll wash out in the shower. Erin- |

Lemon juice will lighten your hair...the best way of doing thiss is to put a few tablespoons mixed with water in a spray bottle and spray your whole head and stay the day in the sun...but do not put hydrogen peroxide or alcohol in your hair..it will ruin it!! |

do NOT use peroxide...I know this girl who used it on her hair and her hair got so damaged that it fell out. No joke. She had to wear a wig until it grew back in. I've never heard about alcohol, but i wouldn't try it. Lemon juice..uh, it only makes a TINY difference usually.--OzzyChick |

I have tried all of those and they all worked for me. The peroxide damaged my hair a little but by condition well I got it back to normal. Alcohol work after a few coats. I put some on a cotton ball and strike it on the hair. lemon juice you cover the hair completely and go out in the sun. It fades after a week or so. henna makes you hair red if that is the color you want to lighten it to. Dark Emily |
