there are several ways and purposes of binding. on is to prevent harm coming from the bound. another is to prevent harm going to the bound.you can bind someone from practicing (everything they try has no success) you can bind thoughts of someone.it all depends on intent.can be good or not. can be done with or without acknowledgement that it is being done. catz_tat  |

Question #1: Binding is a spell that is used before a different spell, depending on what it is. Q #2: It is used to protect the witch that is casting the spell from the other spell back-firing. Or it can be used to bind another person, that is causing harm to you or someone else, kinda as a block, so the person can no longer cause harm to you or the person. This is the ONLY reason a binding spell should be used. Do NOT do it to bind someone, if they aren't doing anything wrong. It will come back to you. Q #3: read the above answer.
