When I'm stressed out, I always right down what's stressing me, then read over it, and it doesn't seem so bad. Sorry you're stressed though hun, but remember stressed backwards is Desserts, lol. Erin-  |

Sis, you can take a long soothing bubble bath to get your mind off things. Lay on your bed, no music or anything that will disturbe you, and think...You can try sitting(on a pillow if you want) with your spine STRAIGHT and take 5 deep breaths then 5 normal breaths(this may cause you to yawn) then do it over till you feel atleast a bit better. To keep stress away i do this 3 times a day 5 days a week. Remember..have no music or anything. You can(you don't have too) stare at a certian spot say on the wall or on the ground so you not thinking "am i am keeping my back straight enough? and i breathibg deep enough? etc..." just think about something else. Good Luck!  |

Lol Nah for real I usually just lay there and listen to music...Music has ALWAYS helped me when I'm upset/mad/ or stressed....I don't really know why but it just sooths me The bubble bath idea is nice too *Hugz*  |

Stress, depends on how strong u are.. wats gettin 2 ya luv buggy>>>??? Is it skool work> friends? boys?? Im 16 ive been through it all, im here if you need help But just like set aside some time to chill everynight before you go 2 bed... like read, listen 2 music, bathe, just let your mind drift free 4 that hour or so.. lives get hecktik at that stage I know!!! so im here always -honeysoul  |

i know how you feel when i cant land a trick right on a skateboard i try evreyday that month and evrey day goes by and i get more stressed and more stressed untill finnaly i get so mad i either throw my skjateboard a bunch of times or i calm myself down by counting to 10 but then i usaly try the rick again and i get mad again~matrix33  |
