Yesterday, two elderly men were dragged from a van, in which they accidentally ran up and over a curb, striking some young girls. They were beaten severely, then to finish them off, they were hit in the head with rocks and bricks till they died. Two men, whose long lives ended with brutality and shear violence. The cowards that attacked these defenseless men won't feel or even try to grasp the meaning of compassion or remorse. They'll join others like them and hang out in their cages, bragging of the 'crimes' they've committed. While their mothers weep, and their children miss them, they will still bottle up the feelings of remorse. It would show too much of a human side, to reveal those type of emotions. And yet, there are prisoner's who have taken the life or lives of others and cry at night, not for themselves and the misery that overwhelms their concrete world, but for the victims of his confusion and his transgressions. There are people, people who have amounted to nothing more than vicious animals, people that slipped through the cracks- even after seeking help, and denied that help, only to be released into the public with no more knowledge on how to control their illnesse's, then before they were locked up. Horrible killers and predators, that were tortured and terrorized as children. Killers that still have no concept of the emotion 'love', in ways, they are animals. Forced to hide their smiles and giggles, forced to live in fear or even worse. Abuse that went unnoticed or ignored. Then to live through teen and adult years without any counseling, dreaming and fantasizing about totally unnatural thoughts. Shuffled around in the court system, only interested in the big-money industry it has become. Lonely and totally lost- fights off those urges and fights off the desires that consume his thoughts. Because he feels like a monster or freak, knowing he needs help, but noone can 'fit' him into their schedule, alchohol or drugs, or both, enter the dimension and the inhibitions that climb out of us when we consume liquid intelligence. It gives us that courage. The courage to live out those fantasy's, to throw our hands up and just do what it is- we've been so affraid of. Then the killing begins and once their caught and incarcerated- do they sometimes come crashing back down to the cold floor of their jail cell, knowing that the demons won the battle to destroy their life, and at night do they cry for their victims? Do they ask for forgiveness and let the Lord into their heart, so they can find a small amount of peace within their soul? Can you go from normal to evil, back to normal again? With our 'hang-man' mentality and our struggle to show forgiveness, We will condemn killers, and rightfully I must agree especially in alot of certain cases. I just wondered would a violent killer's heart soften and would he see the pain and saddness he caused so many people? Would he ache inside for his victims? I see so many arrogant killers who act that if they continue on earth with their act of cockiness and taunting- that will leave a legacy for blood thirsty teenagers or people interested in serial killers. I believe their smiles will fade as soon as they leave this world..................tomevans/

Many convicts find jail house religion and fool many and then when they are released back into society, they revert back to what they were. Just because a person grew up rough doesn't make them killers just as someone that comes from a loving family isn't always good. I don't even think I'd compare serial killers with animals for an amimal seldom kills it's own kind unless it's more for territory or food. Man is supposed to be more intelligent of the species. The world just gets sadder and sadder...
