The best way to lose weight? FAST!

I'm 15 and I weigh close to 190 lbs. But it always stay around that number no matter what I eat. Now I am big boned and have muscles so that can contribute to some of the weight on the scale but do you know a method where I can lose weight dramatically and healthy?

Just stay strong, try yoga. And remeber you're beautiful! Don't try to bend to other people's wishes.

Like.. if you like to add salt to things.. stop doing that.. and if you like junk food.. make it so that you can only eat your favorite junk food once a week.. something as subtle as that.. its a slow process. Its a wonderful movie that sheds new light on people who are overweight. (I don't know you so I am not saying that you are overweight!) Beauty comes from within...try to remember that.

Just drinking water only with water loss pills will lose 5 lbs in a week. Well it did for me. Ever since I was 14 I have been around 150 lbs. So you do grow grow into it. Also remember the average size of a woman now is 16. Skeptic Angel

Date: 8/14/2002 2:40:00 AM  From Authorid: 7117    the best way to lose weight quick is to diet and excercise, i like diets where it includes a lot of vegetables and fruits and low fat meats, i like to make things where i can eat the most food without the most calories...drink a glass of ice water too before each meal, it shrinks ur stomach some so u wont eat as much plus ur body uses about 40 calories to metabolize the water since it has to heat up so much! i know that diet pills arent good but i have found some that are relatively cheap, work really well, they decrease ur appetite, or mainly ur cravings for food such as sugary foods or starchy foods! im 15 too and weigh about 142...even though no one says i like i weigh that much. also do strength training, building muscles helps to speed up your metabolism! hope this was some help!   
Date: 8/14/2002 2:41:00 AM  From Authorid: 7117    haha whoops i forgot to say wut kind of diet pills it was that ive taken...they are called metabolife(but wal-mart and walgreens has a cheaper brand which has the same ingredients and works JUST THE SAME)
