It was probably minor scratching as you said because Since hes had it so long some of the oil from the plant which triggers icthing,may have gotten on you...  |

I picked it up from my boyfriend once and used I-V-rest and it seemed to work pretty well. It has calomine lotion in it-- you put it on the rash (turns the skin pink, but oh well) and it stops the itching and covers it up so that it won't spread further. What ever you do, don't scratch it. That just makes it spread.  |
