I know I am in a dream and I can wake up whenever I want. Like once I was havin a nightmare and when somethin bad is happening to me I just say to my self it is just a dream and I am not scared anymore. I also tell my self to wake up if I want to and I wake up! It's really cool and once I had a dream that I was hang gliding and I waw on a cliff but didn't want to hang glide anymore so I just say to my self....this is a dream...i can't get hurt....so if I jump off this cliff i will wake up. So I jump off and I wake up right before I hit the ground.... Well Lucid Dreaming is cool!
