Sometimes i see really horrible things that actuallly happened and other times like it was just my imagination. I wish i could tell when the feeling is real and when it is just my mind playing tricks on me. It gets annoying because when its just my mind i get so scared even if it isnt like something that is gonna happen to me. isometimes see good things happening but rarely. Here's my question, *is there a way to know when you are really predicting somethng and when it's just your mind? Is there even a way to tell?* It just bothers me because I dont know if it's gonna happen or not and it annoys me.
