hey, i've been to waverly.. but now, they have a lot of gaurds up there, and you can't get inside anymore. i haven't seen anything inside, but i've heard some scary...... crap ... but it's cool. Mickle  |

oh yeah, once i went up there for the little haunted house they have inside, but we snuck down to the place where the nurses used to stay, i would say that place is a lot more scary than the "main" building itself. Mickle |

I remember when they had the Haunted House up there!! I didn't go... The night I went... we road up the little country road in the back.. the one beside the Counrty club thats out there... and on our way up there.. in one of the bottom windows we seen a pair of red glowing eyes... Could of been just an outside creature(possom, racoon,cat) .. but being scared in the first place.. it spooked us and we didnt even get out of the car.. b/c of the spot we was in we couldnt back out so had to do like a u-turn and came close to the window with the eyes in and we all screamed like babies..lol.. Wicked place though... They had it feature on one of these "Most scariest places show" It was hosted by theat littl woman who played in poltergist... It was cool! -Angel |

i have been there, i went 3 nights ago, i attended the haunted house section, first we went through the actual hospitol, and as you wait in line to get inside, you find it very very creepy, the windows are all boarded up and what not, but i found the scariest part is when we went into the morgue, it was almost pitch black, i was leading 7 others behind me, and man, they kept telling me to run, but its so dark.. i would love to go in again, its so unique, i live about 15 mils away from it, i want to book a tour on it (which costs 20 bucks) but they are booked on tours till spring time.. =( they also have the option if you want to spend the night, you have to pay 100 bucks, i think that would be awesome, i mean how many people can officially say" i have been in the 2nd most haunted place in the united states" anyways, some more sites to check out are www.deathtunnel.com and the official site for the restoration of the hospital is www.waverlyhillshistoricalsociety.org but yeah more about the waverly hills, it is said that 63,000 + have died while staying here, thats mind boggling, almost 1 death an hour i belive..i want to go back, i didnt get to see the death tunnel or any other floor, just the first floor, but when i do go again, i shall post it =)  |
