Well, Verne Troyer, the man who plays Mimi-Me, is 2 feet and 8 inches. That's 32 inches. Times that by 8, and you get 256 inches. If Mini-Me was exactly one-eighth of Dr. Evil's size, that would make Dr. Evil 256 inches, which is 21 feet and 4 inches! Dr. Evil must be a giant man, huh?
