Pictures and video can be ruled out becuse it is very easy to fake a picture/video. Eye wittness acounts of such phenomena happning can be ruled out also because the eye can easiy be decived. #3 Why would the success you have with performing telekinesis or psi balls makea difference? The laws will not change if you belive in it or not. #4 There is a web-site http://www.randi.org/research that offers a one milon dollar reward to anyone who can prove such supenatural powers.
