My ward is cuddled safe and sound in the arms of her beloved. To walk the dark night...free of worry- Sit on a stool and tell a story, of knights..of knaves..of damsels fair. Of arrows flying through the air- "Tell me now sir, what is your pleasure? A room..some food..perhaps, a measure?" 'I wouldst sit here my bonny lass. Gaze into the flames..See times long past. Yesterday, I held her on my knee and told her tales of fantasy.' "Indeed kind sir...'tis the way of things. Best not to know, what the future brings. Believe in daughter and her man. They will survive as best they can." 'Oh my fair friend, such words of wisdom, so selflessly to me you've given.' 'I'll take that measure..If you please. One for yourself, if there is need. I'd like to chat with you.. If I may?
