Your USM addiction is NOT a habit you should get rid of! just ride with it and enjoy it! ;) LOL! hmmm a lil hard to say without knowing what the habit is. BUUUUUUUUT what about a quarter jar? every time you do this habit you put a quarter in :)  |

Umm well depends on what the habit is...like nail biting rubbing nail polish remover on the nails will help because it has this stuff called bitrex in it so maybe think of something that will make you not want to do it and try that.  |

okay, this is really gross, i dunno y i do it, i just kinda always do it when im nervous. i bite my knuckle and now it' is nasty looking. but my dad does that and has really bad scars and i dont wanna end up like that, i just wanna have a normal hand again!!! wfp  |

put a bandaid on your knuckle. it will help you to not chew it up *not to mention allow any current sores to heal* and it will probably taste nasty as well...... |

or you could even get some like cyanne pepper or pepper extract *once sores are healed* and put a coat on your knuckle....unless of course you like hot stuff. LOL then it might not work ;) just don't rub your eyes if ya try that one. |

Go to your local Pet store, and get a taste deterrent for dogs... Bitter apple, bitter lime, Fooey.. they are enough to stop a freight train! Ive tried them! That will make you stop quickly. BE SURE you dont get it on your fingers, cut the stuff dont wash off. and for some odd reason, every time Ive used it, some of it always ends up on my lips.. I dont know why. Love ya tonz  |

I have too many bad ones to mention! I guess all you can do is try to continually tell yourself that you will not do this any longer. If it is physiological or an addiction, then medication may be the answer. Sometimes we can have "mind over matter" but when we can't a little scientific intervention never hurts. :o)  |
