Have you tried 2 Tylenol PM they really aren't addicting. Another thing to try is warm bath with lavender or have a soothing atmosphere in the bedroom with a scent that relaxes you. I hope it works. ~JC |

warm milk before bed might help I'd also try messaging your legs before bed. Lots of potassium which can be found in bananas are good to help releave leg cramps and twitching. |

I have a very bad sleep problem too. I stay awake all night long. Like last night, I slept one hour, woke up, and I've been awake ever since. Now I will probably be awake until 3 or 4 tonight. My suggestion is, don't drink any Pepsi or Coke.. don't drink anything with caffeine after 4:00 pm. Don't take lil naps in the day either. I has worked for me before, but I stopped doing it, because I actually enjoy being awake at night. I guess I'm weird. Mickle |

Something else that might help is a vibrating device strapped on the bed to make it vibrate or rock. You would be concentrating on the vibrations and less on your legs. Umm the only herbals I can think of are either Illegal.... or you can buy at an ABC store. But If you can find something to distract your mind while you are trying to go to sleep then this may be one of the ways. Ttyl SmoknJoe |

I have that. It has something to do with your muscles I believe. Try tightening up your leg muscles, then letting them relax. It works for me sometimes, other times it doesn't and I go sleepless. |

I've heard vitamin E works for this. I've never had to try it though so I really don't know, but that is what I was told. Princess Daveena |
