I really dont know what to say...
she must be hurting bad if they were so serious,but personnally,i belive the guy is a jerk .
I believe,however,that she does need your support and the help of others,let her know she is loved and cared for...that is really all i can think of at this time...I wonder how Ann Landers did it..I envy that woman...poor Ann...i hope she went peacefully...

I am 15, so I can see from your daughters point of view but I guess she's a bit older then me, eh? lol, but anyway, just tell her there are more fish in the see and that she was too good for him, she's hurtin right now and thats what she wants to hear, and just tell her that there are expierences she will go through and this is just a bad one but one day her prince charming will come :) good luck  |

You know that's great to say that Prince Charming will come but we know that he will not. I have a great guy right now and I would not trade him for the world but he is far from perfect. I would just like her life to be easier then mine. I love my boyfriend but it is far from the fairytale life. I wish her's could be that way, you know. Snipit |

I feel your pain here. It's heart breaking being a parent. I would just tell her how much you love her. Reassure her that she's beautiful and deserves a man who will love her forever. Just listen to her but don't offer any advice or say anything that will come back to haunt you. No matter how much you want to trash her boyfriend...remember they could get back together and you wouldn't want those words to bite you in the butt. *hugs*  |
