It ain't easy presenting the pace
Afterall this is not a race.
But rather an experience to share
And perhaps a soul to bare.
The critic's are many, admirer's too
But the point to it all, is to be true.
Mistakes are made, and wisdom is learned
If one cannot see this, one will get burned.
Take just a moment and ponder the day
Life is too short to enter a fray.
It's much easier to let it go
For what makes one happy, one only knows.
You have the key, and it's up to you
To decide to be happy, or to be blue.
No doubt there are obstacles along the way
But it's up to you to sieze the day.
Consider yourself, as you'd like to be
Then work toward a goal to set you free.
No reason to set the bar up so high
Take a few small steps to get you by.
The progress you make wether big or small
Is credited to you, wether short or tall.
It's all in your mind, the way you choose
And view how to win, not how to lose.
