if you do that without saying anything to him, he may not even realize what is going on, or understand your reason for doing it. He might think that there is another reason behind it. It is best to be direct with men-- they don't get subtleties. Just tell him straight up that you are ready to move in and ask him if he is ready and, if so, insist on knowing what his time frame is (not just, "sure, eventually..."). Communication, afterall, is integral to a good relationship. Without it, misunderstandings occur, build up, and lead to the end of things.  |
