Well, that's how it is at our school...but we just go along with it. But I don't agree that it is fair either. We can't have a girls softball team because the guys have too many sports and the girls only have one and the guys have basketball and baseball so we can't have another sport cause all the money goes to the guys sports. I don't think that is fair. |

I suppose if guys want to be fruits then we should let them. But I think you will have a difficult time fighting this. Risking the possibility that earings could be banned for everyone. There once was a case where they tried to get an indian dude to cut his braids off for school, he won because he proved to the court that he couldn't just put his braid back on when he wasn't in school, unlike jewelry. Besides where in the constitution does it say that students have the right to wear what ever they want when they attend school? No where. |

Should boys be allowed to wear skirts to school too? I suppose so, if they are no more then 2 inches above their knees. LOL |

You should be allowed to wear earings. You aren't hurting anybody. ~SportiAngel~ |

I don't think that's fair either. Does that mean all piercings are out (literally), or just in the ears?? Gee, next they're gonna ban girls from wearing boys' clothes, and having short haircuts!!! :o |

That is fine with me if they ban earrings from everyone . Guys are banned from any earrings , girls can have like five in each ear , yet a guy can have none . Razzy aka |

Guys don't need to be wearing earings anyway. But if it's a big issue then go ahead and wear a dress and lipstick also and call yourself Sally. Then you'll be allowed. |

Right on BCar! I think guys look silly and feminine in necklaces and ear rings. If my husband had ever come downstairs dressed to go out in MY jewelry......he would have gone out alone! Likewise , I think girls look just as silly when they are playing football etc. on an all male team! Why don't both sexes stay in their own territory? |

I agree with Posey , mens football is not mens football with a woman on the team . Thats why i am making a stink about the whole thing . |
