Ok, let me see how to start..........I used to have a little "thing" with this guy,Tony, back in 1996. Through the years I have seen him off and on up until 1999. In 1999, he moved about an hour away and I moved 800 miles away ,with my boyfriend ( who is not the guy I am talking about) Well things did not work out with me living out of state so I moved back home after I got rid of my boyfriend.
When I moved back home, I decided I wanted nothing to do with men. I was asked out by a few, but I always told them I just wasn't interested in going out with anyone. This went on for 10 months. All of a sudden for some unknown reason I started thinking about the guy I have not seen since 1999. I knew we were still friends and I knew where he lived and something told me to go see him. Well I got up enough nerve to go see him one day. I got to his house and he was home. We sat there talking about what I had been up to and everything. He asked who I was dating and I told him no one. I told him I had not dated anyone in almost 10 months. I also said that I had no desire to date anyone either. He told me I was crazy. Well we were sitting there still talking and there was a knock at his door.
It was his best friend. We will call him Dave. Dave came in the door and Tony introduced us. He was like hey what's up? I said hi. Tony's girlfriend came home a few minutes later and we started talking ( we have been friends for awhile) Tony and Dave went outside. I was telling Tony's girlfriend that I would like to get hooked up with Dave. She started teasing me saying that I just said I want nothing to do with a guy ever again. I told her I know I said that, but forget about that for right now.
We went outside to see what the guys were doing. Tony pulled me aside and said too bad you gave up on guys Dave was going to ask you out. I told Tony that I just told his girlfriend to hook me and Dave up. Well to make a long story short, Me and Dave have been dating since March of 2002. If it wasn't for me thinking about Tony me and Dave would of never gotten together. Was it fate or just coincendence? How it changed my life:I have just been having a good time
