That's really weird. First of all, are you sure you want to even rent an apartment from this guy if he is going to be so evasive and annoying? I mean if he is like this now....I can see other problems coming along somewhere down the road later. Maybe you should let his secretary know that you need to be contacted with a move-in date by a certain date and that if you have not heard from him by that date you either want your money refunded to you or you will file a complaint with the Department of Housing since you have already paid your deposit and signed the contract and he has refused to return your phone calls. Maybe he just needs a little fire lit underneath him.  |
