Right on!! That is so true. I have made friends in an online gameroom and even though pogo no longer has that room I still chat and talk with those people online. Some friendships online are true and eternal. Keep those people close to you!!  |

Most of my USM mates came from me being absurd in my posts to me be really passionate about my beliefs in debate. Bethann and myself are totally different as far as religion is concerned but we have become really good friends.  |

aw :) i know exactly what you mean hun, had i not had that problem you and i wouldnt have met. So im grateful in a sense that i did have a problem. I met Rika the same way, concerning having a problem and im glad that i was able to meet her even though it was kind of a bad situation that was going on at the time. Good post :)  |

Problems can always bring people together. I have had my share of problems on and off the net, and through them I have always been fortunate enough to meet a new friend along the way, or an old one that I havent talked to in awhile. USM is a great place, and was based on bringing people together, and when I think of that, I think it is an extraordinary success. I have blundered so many times when I post or comment, seems like what I MAY think and feel sometimes comes across so totally different to others. I've learned, but at the same time I have met some really great people who have messaged me and we have talked more in depth, which leads to a better understanding. I'm always learning, and hopefully becoming more understanding by talking, listening, and developing a relationship with others. It is amazing how often we disagree only because we don't see or understand the reason why someone else feels why they do. But keeping our mind open, and clear, being willing to listen, can open many doors to a better understanding. Sometimes a post or comment can be hard to reply to in only a few words. So many times, I have found others have so much more to say.  |

well, i made a great friendship with Pink Angel one day back when i first joined we were both talking to Texas Angi and we were both her daughters and one night we became twin:) of course i got to be super close to CC28 when he had a bad time in his life he called me and i helped and we became such great friend and he's my brother now  |
