I think it is possible to love someone but not be in love with them, however I don't think it is possible to be in love with someone and not love them..........if that makes any sense, lol  |

Most definately! There is a big difference between loving someone and BEING in love with someone. For example, i love my parents, my friends, etc BUT i am not IN love with them. But you can be IN LOVE with your boyfriend/girlfriend/partner :)  |

I agree with what Kurt said...i mean, you can love someone (as in: liking them/really liking them), but that doesn't necessarily mean that you're IN LOVE with them!!
