this actually happens alot, there are reports of times when like a ship sinks and the number on it's hull is the numbers, a famous photo taken that day with the numbers etc...it happens sometimes. i don't think it was rigged. if so, i think tat's kind of low.  |

knowing lottery and all the junk that goes through them i think it was a magor fluke because before every draw they lock the people in the room and run the machines for up to 3 hours to make sure no balls are heavyier then others and none are "trick balls" lottery numbers is a HUGE thing when large sums of money are at stake they take very high security when it comes to those machines and those lotto balls  |

But is it possible for the same # (1) to be drawn twice? A caller on a radio show I was listening to here brought up the fact that up here (in BC, Canada), once a number is drawn once, it can't be drawn a second time. But then again I don't know what the rules are in NY State. I'd tend to believe it more if the numbers drawn were 9 and 11 (nine and eleven), but....  |
