don't have anything with yeast in it!!! it will cause a yeat infection(beer is full of yeast and very yeasty foods) i wouldn't trust anyone who isn't a professional because peircing yoru tongue can cause your tongue to split  |

I got my tongue pierced and had my 15 yr old daughter with me. she was so mad at me she wouldnt talk to me. I went to the store to gewt some listerine and ice and the bagboy couldnt understand me when I said "whereeeeeee is ur liferween" and my kid wouldnt tell him. I kept saying "twell hemmmm". so then my tongue was so fat and my kid was crying and I couldnt say anything she could understand so I couldnt make her feel better. I guess when they drove the stick through my tongue, she was sickened! anyways, I went back immediately and had to tell them to take it out so I could talk to my kid. OMY!!! and then she was fine and said go ahead put it back in...but I couldnt do it myself and kept gagging. I am such a good mommy!!! she wont ever get HER tongue pierced though heehee yeah!!!  |

Ive had mine done since I was 16 and never had any problems with it. Just keep rinsing. Once the soreness is gone..youre fine. I eat, drink, and smoke with mine in.  |

ive had mine for years now and i think that maybe you should not trust a friend to do something like that,i got a homemade tattoo and i got ink poisioning,and it got infected,,just remember to keep it clean  |
