Beth I still have a low self esteem. I hide it with jokes and my cocky arrogance so that people don't really know it. I don't think you can get over a low self esteem until you can love yourself and be truly comfortable with who you are. Until then we are all just kidding ourselves, trying to say we are comfortable many times to ourselves so we start believing a false love because inside we still have our own insecurities.  |

I'm actually totally fine with who I am, it's just the others I'm worried about. lol. I just see people wrong and pick up on their actions a little too much. I guess I just have to relax. I don't know why I always jump to thinking that everyone will just not like me.  |

Bethanne I do understand what you are saying, I always think people don't like me and it used to bother me alot, but after going to counceling I learned that if a person don't like me, well that is not my problem..It is theirs.. |
