Date: 9/25/2002 12:57:00 AM  From Authorid: 53054    ummm i dont knwo it really depends on the situation, and why is this question only for boys lolz it involves a lot of ppl. i think that 12 is a very young age, and most relationship at that age dont last anyways. i knwo at the time it seems strange that a 12 year old girl is dating a 16 year old, but that is only 4 years different, and they will have many other relationships along the way. 4 years when you think about it is not that long at all, and it probably wouldnt last anyways, as long as nothing silly was done, i really dont think that there is anythign wrong with it! but hey i spose that it depends on the person. 12 year old girls can be jsut mature as a 16 year old boi. as not all ppl are tat imature lolz! 12 year olds do know about the do and donts of relationships and if they dont i think that they SHOULD learn about them! *hugs*

It may only be 4 years, but what a difference even a single year can make. Between 12 and 16 are four whole years of learning to play mind games against your friends, learning to hate anything that thinks it's in charge, and getting a better idea of exactly what they want from the opposite sex. Personally, I think it's wise to stick with your own age group until you're out of school. At least then, you have more in common, and you have a better chance of knowing if they're talking trash behind your back.

There IS guys on this site, but i belive majority are girls...So if only guys were to answer your post, you wouldnt get many replies. TO answer your question, i think 12 is too young for a 16 year old...12 year olds are in 5th or 6th grade..and 16 year olds are in 10th or 11th grade..Give or take...I know its only 4 years..that wont seem like nothing when your older..but when your younger, its sort of a big deal.

The fact that 16 year old guys 75% of the time think about 1 thing, and we all know what that is. It just wouldnt work in so many ways.
