I saw this too on the tv show. Well it said there'd be a nuclear war in 2000 but now it's 2002 so that didn't happen (thank god) but in 2006...who knows. i wonder how he found that code and what does that tell us about the bibles we already have? it's still somewhat confusing 2 me cause i didn't see the story from the beginning. interesting post. take care :-) don't worry be happy |

it was talking about a book a man wrote with all the codes hes found so far. he believes they are not predictions, merely warnings that can be avoided. |

I don't believe in the Bible Code, I am a Christian, and I believe what the Bible says. Here is why I don't believe in the Bible Code, first of All, God would not want his word to be in a Code, what he says and means he would want to be plain view. Think about it, if you were God, and you wrote a book, would you want your word to be understood. |

I think the nuclear war can (and will) be avoided as long as we disarm Saddam Hussein. He will probably be the source of all of the nuclear weapons... |

I agree that God meant for His words to be in plain view, Drkptrs, but there could be some fact in the Bible Code. You must remember that there are psychics in the world that have unknowingly made predictions in writing by using code. For all we know, the scribes may have been psychics that did exactly what I mentioned above!!! -Clubby- |

I have a software program that is called Deciphering the Bible Code or something like that and it works. The words are converted into Hebrew and are searched for throughout the Bible and some words are close toghether. Its very interesting but I dont use it alot. |

Well how was this code they are talkin about on TV work? Is it like 46242 said, changin the words into hebrew, or is it more of something like taking the end word on each line, and translating. -Tino |

I think the Bible code is just another way man is trying to manipulate the scriptures |

I have heard about the Bible Code for some time now. And at first I thought it was just a way for man to try and change the bible to have more meaning etc. But the more I looked into it, the more I realize that it isn't by chance someone ran across this and it wasn't just one or two things found. Hitler was mentioned and this was after it had happened etc. I think this is just one more way of God showing us he knows the future. God Bless Cherokee Wolf |

I have studied the Bible for years. Hundreds, if not thousands of codes are contained in the Bible. Every nut case in the world has found a code to do his evil works. Look at Jim Jones and Hitler.. RangerX |
