There are different kinds of pneumonia and some of them can be fatal but, if she's in good health otherwise, your friend has an excellent chance of being just fine. She needs a lot of rest right now and she'll probably be feeling pretty lousy for a while. Try not to worry so much. I hope that helps. Just know that she's in my thoughts and prayers. OMG I'm so sorry! My All time best friend in the whole entire world told me that she had pheumonia when she was like 5 or 6. But she's alive and well today! I hope all goes well!  |

There are different types of pneumonia. Most people who die from it are older and have problems with their heart and lungs before being sick. I will say a prayer for your friend  |
