It's illegal to wear masks into places of business but what if you just naturally look like you're wearing one? I'm sure the law was made in order to deter theft and robberies but what if you always look like a witch or a bum or an old man? Can a person get arrested for that? I often go out dressed as a pirate and I get a few strange looks but so far, I haven't been arrested. Looking like an old person must not be a crime because I see a lot of people like that in public. I wonder how many senior citizens there are in jail just because of the way they look. How would an attorney advertise the fact that he represented people like that? I've never seen any but I'm sure that there must be some commercials on TV for that type of service. "Have you been wrongfully arrested just because you're a senior citizen? Are your wrinkles actually deep enough to conceal merchandise? Have you been accused of using the light glaring off of your blue hair to distract the security guards in stores? Here at Blume and Goldberg, we specialize in defending geriatric delinquents. Call now for a free consultation. Social security checks accepted." What if I had warts all over my face and people taunted me and called me, 'wart guy' everywhere I went? Should I get arrested if I decide to go to the mall? If I was really fat, the headlines would probably read, "Police Apprehend the Wart Hog." Does that make me a criminal? Isn't it bad enough that I'm fat and covered with warts? Do I really need to be arrested? I guess they would have to let me go when they found that I wasn't wearing a mask and then I could sue them. Does anybody know the number for Blume and Goldberg? Maybe I could make some money by letting Marvel comics have a character based on me. I can see it now, "Spiderman VS The Wart Hog!" Only in America....
