Our faithful “protagonists” had just evaded a serious charge on the planet ‘Dutynne’ and are one day away from reaching the others. Let’s see how it turns out on their last day of bittersweet solitude.
“Stupid Duticon scratching my comm.… It took me years to save up for that PDA!” shouted Connor. “Oh, get over yourself for once!” said Margo. “Aren’t I lovely? Aren’t a gorgeous? I’m the most important thing in the universe! The world revolves around me!” “No, but if your head gets any bigger, you’ll at least be the size of the sun…” muttered Connor. Margo gave a contemptible glower. “Okay, calm down. We’re almost to Vega Limonai” said Felicity. “Wait, A.N.D.R.E.A., you were interrupted on Dutynne.” said Connor. “Continue please.” “Nurse Lydia Ash—“ “Lydia?” said Connor surprisingly. “Who’s Lydia, Connor?” asked Nick. “She was someone I had an…’interest’ in a while ago when I was growing up. I’m just surprised to hear about her. It’s been at least 4 or 5 years…” “Oh, forlorn love, Connor?” asked Margo conspicuously. “Yes, Aphrodite…” Margo frowned. “You know, that Lightstrona person looked a lot like you, Margo” said Felicity. “Nick, didn’t you say that Lightstrona was ugly?” asked Connor. “Shut up, Connor…” muttered Nick. “So? I’m ugly?” solicited Margo. “Um…no…I…” “Nicholas Kathryn VanHorne…you little liar! Come over here you little squirt!” “Kathryn?” asked Felicity. Felicity and Connor laughed quietly, but still with vigor as Margo chased Nick into the airlock, and past the turbines. “Anyway, as I was saying—“ “Shut up, A.N.D.R.E.A... Nobody cares anymore” said Margo. A.N.D.R.E.A.’s holographic eyes rolled. “Look, everyone! Tembargla!” shouted Felicity. “Now we can give the former members a proper burial, and get to Titan by 5 tomorrow.” As they landed, Margo began to sing. Connor followed by stifling her. It was a peaceful, and respectful memorial of the accidental deaths of the myriad of members on the Mysta. They then left solemnly, on pursuit to Titan’s Vega Limonai, but something was happening to Margo. She was becoming translucent, and very bitter…
So, after such a nice ceremony, the Mysta on its was to Titan, and everything else looking up, Margo had to go and mess it up. Good going, Margo!
“Hey! It’s not my fault!” Yeah, whatever. Talk to the foot, because the hand’s on the other line.
“What?”
*sigh* Stay tuned.
