LOL Calm down..  First off did you try looking back in the ESP section? If you look through the posts you should find something about them.And ESP is not just psi balls.. You should try to start lower like medition or something. I hope this helps.... I think Spirts of The Dead made a post awile ago about a ESP FAQ Good Luck  |

Sit down, close your eyes, visualize the energy in your body swirling around, feel the energy come up your spine, visualize it too, but feel for it, like there is a magnetic force attracting the energy at the top of your spine. Now once you get this down, “cup” your hands with fingers spread apart a little, one hand above the other, just like there is a large baseball in your hands (don’t let your hands touch each other either). Now feel and visualize that energy at the top of your spine flow down your arms like a river, you may also imagine a magnet in between your hands. And let this energy from each hand flow into each other and make a ball, then feel for the symptoms by bringing your hands closer together and farther apart. Here are the symptoms: *1.about always there is a tingly feeling to them, if you reach inside one, then your finger will feel tingly, but it is a more slight tingle, it isn’t always very strong, but you will always notice a difference. 2. Sometimes this is not the case, because energy can be different temperatures, you use the different elements (fire, wind, water, air) to make different ones, but your own natural energy is usually warm. So the other symptom will be WARMTH. 3. On most every psiball there is a magnetic force, it will be like putting 2 magnets together (same sides, so they repel) and that force is just like the force you feel with psiballs. Now sometimes, weaker ones will not have this force noticeably, it is still there, but you will have to feel for it very gently, so don’t worry if you don’t feel this force yet. |

Tons of people make them, but I bet not many people have a purpose for them."-------- Good question, and I do have an answer. Psiballs can be used to send information, shoot at people, make them visible, or make them into other energy constructs (like boxes and walls and shields) but the energy ball itself doesn’t have too many uses alone without using it in these ways, in fact, they are mostly just for fun if you are just going to make them for the heck of it. But yet there is another purpose for making them, this purpose is practice. Practicing the manipulation of energy is important if you want to make shields to ward off evil spirits, negative thoughts, or attacks. The use of energy is endless, it is used in making links to other people, and it is indirectly used in psycho kinesis, at least in some cases, but it is still the manipulation of condensed energy (matter). Psiballs are a great place to start, but I would not go bragging about you being able to make them, they are not hard to make once you get it and those who can will probably laugh at you for bragging about it. (Of coarse never brag about abilities, but don’t make it a big deal for too long). The use of energy manipulation is endless, the use of making a psiball and not doing any thing else with it, has no point other than practice. |

Leppy Explained psiballs really well. But here is another website that tell you alot about your Ki. It goes alot farther then just a psiball. Then main thing is that you need to learn a psiball first. & then yuo can go from there. The technique on this site approaches making a psiball different. I use the one from the site, but Leppy's looks great too, It's probly better sence he actually is writing it from experience. Another thing, being anxious will not get you any where. You have to be patient with anything you want to accomplish on the "ESP" level. & you also have to be dedicated. I'm not tring to ward you off from tring to make a psiball or anything like that. Once you accomplish anything for the first time, it's an awsome feeling. & i hope not only, but everyone else can feel that too.
