I need some advise

hey I didn't know were to put this so I'll just post it here. First of all I need some help and I have a few questions. About 6 months ago I started having major temper outbrakes and rages for no reaons and I dont even know why I do. I try talking to poeple about how I feel and everything but the words just dont come out of my mouth.I feel like no one will understand me if i tell them. The only person I've been able to get a few things out to so far is my little cuz who means the world to me but still after all that i feel she doesnt even understand. Im so comfused right now and everything. My dad is trying to get me into counseling but I think that will just make things worse. Does anyone understand were im coming from or do they know anything that might help me understand what im going threw?

I dont know where my anger is coming from either cause it seems to have just come out of no where. Maybe there is just something bothering you really deep inside and you're ignoring it...I think thats my problem. Try counseling though it might help.

I remember that he had to take some class for this rage, I forget what it was called. I'd try talking to a counselor and see why you have all this rage in you. Try to find people that you are able to talk to about this and feel comfortable with. I tell my friend that he needs to relax and chill sometimes. Try doing something that will relax you and keep your mind on good stuff or whatever. Try doing stuff like seeing a movie, play a game, read a book, a walk around the park. You can also try writing down all your thoughts in a little book. Sorry if I"m not a big help. I hope that everything goes alright.

Date: 11/2/2002 11:21:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    taking time to step back and think.. when you feel the rage comming on you need to step back and ask yourself why and is it really worth it... the old "take a deep breath and count to 10" can work wonders if you try it...
