I think I may understand a lil of what you're going through. This last year and a half I've been having problems keeping calm when I get angry. I dont know where my anger is coming from either cause it seems to have just come out of no where. Maybe there is just something bothering you really deep inside and you're ignoring it...I think thats my problem. Try counseling though it might help. |

Sounds like something that one of my friends has. He has a problem with rage and major temper outbreaks. I remember that he had to take some class for this rage, I forget what it was called. I'd try talking to a counselor and see why you have all this rage in you. Try to find people that you are able to talk to about this and feel comfortable with. I tell my friend that he needs to relax and chill sometimes. Try doing something that will relax you and keep your mind on good stuff or whatever. Try doing stuff like seeing a movie, play a game, read a book, a walk around the park. You can also try writing down all your thoughts in a little book. Sorry if I"m not a big help. I hope that everything goes alright. |

taking time to step back and think.. when you feel the rage comming on you need to step back and ask yourself why and is it really worth it... the old "take a deep breath and count to 10" can work wonders if you try it... |
