The repetitious splash, Of the ocean waves, Brought on, A soothing calm. I watched, Seagulls overhead, Swoop down, On the waters, After graceful flight. Approaching sailboats, Drifted by, Before fading, Into the evening mist. The dreamy skies, Flowed westward, As the day, Moved forward, In brilliance.
