I think a number of factors exist which are Linked with OBE> Healthy living would contribute to an increase in OBE activity... Less Stress.. RangerX  |

If you really are intrested in finding out then read some of the other posts frist. The thing that resulted in my first ob was continual reading on it. I suppose it's b/c my mind was absorbed in it and still thought about it in my sleep. Good Luck :P  |

it will depend on the person, to make it more likely to happen, read alot about it prior to the OBE (i mean like go on the web and search for it, and read about it, right after that, attempt an OBE.)  |
