dont use it.. if you do, the goodbye on the board is 4 the spirits to say bye, not you... simply say GOODBYE!  |

I've wondered that before too...I always just ran it across the goodbye part...^_^ but, they like stress in all the ouija posts that its important to close it properly or whatever...so, sorry I couldn't help...just wanted to let ya know I would also like the answer to this question   |

Once you don't want to talk to the ouija board no more then just simply go over the word "goodbye" with the panchlette.If you don't say good-bye then you will let the spirit out. And you don't want that to happen. -PinkRose  |

ummm it's easy... just say goodbye and drag the glass to where it says good bye and go across the words...'good bye'... simple enough... |

You can simply tell the spirit that you now have to go, and you say Goodbye. The planchette will move by itself. When it does go to Goodbye, it indicates that the spirit is gone. =) Its that simple! LuV,  |

When I was using the board I just said goodbye to the spirits and then brought the planchette over to the words GoodBye and ended it.  |

Well you say you have to go now or your getting tired or something like that..Then say goodbye and wait for the pointer to get to goodbye. If it wont go then force the pointer to GoodBye. BTW always say goodbye  |
