Walking does wonders. Its a slow process, and the battle that I am still trying to conquor myself. You don't need to goto the gym to exercise, perhaps buy a exercise video (yoga). Maybe do a search of some exercises that may help you lose weight. |

If you have a tredmill, use that! Last summer, I jogged on the tredmill for about 2-3 weeks and lost 9 pounds. But I ate and drank healthy too. The best way to loose weight is to eat and drink healthy, and to exercise. Good luck! |

Since you miss your soda so bad, have you tried any of the diet drinks? I used to hate them. But now that I've been drinking diet Dr.Pepper for awhile I love it. Here's another tip: always eat at the table. Never eat while watching tv because you won't pay attention and before you know it you've pigged out. Eat slowly because it takes the body a while for the stomach to signal the brain that its full. Good luck to you! |

If you are drinking milk, make sure it is 2% or Skim milk..better for you and less fat..WALK..lots of walking..Just eat properly..which means breakfast, dinner and supper..Breakfast really IS the most important meal of the day. It jumpstarts your metabolism and gives you more energy for the day..plus you can burn more calories if your metabolism is boosted. Avoid the junk food, but treat yourself once a week..You dont want to be thinking about the goodies all the time..but its nice to know that once a week you CAN have something from your group of goodies..Lots of fruits and veggies..Oh and drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water a day. |

jogging is the best way to strip fat off your body, fast. but if you're not up to that yet, try walking briskly once a day for ATLEAST 30 mins, preferably 45 mins. |

Milk is good for you but it's very high in calories. It played a large part in my gaining forty pounds when I got so scrawny. Drink water when you're hungry between meals. If your stomach's full of water, you won't feel hungry. Do that if you get hungry late a night too. Most of us don't like exercise but it's vital if you want to lose weight. If you're really serious about your goal, you'll force yourself to do it. I wish you the best of luck. Take care, my friend. |

Milk is bad for you, hun. I would stick with teas and soy milk. Also, going mostly vegetarian works. That's how I lost 30 pounds. And you can do inexpensive things, too. Ride a bike around town, run, jump rope. Weight lifting helps build muscles, as do situps. But you'll need aerobics in there, too. Here's what I did: I get up and exercise first thing in the morning. (every other day I switch off. I would do pilates one morning and then weight lifting the next. Then I would do 75 crunchers and 75 kicks and then 75 cross-over sit ups. After that, I would ride a good 2 1/2 to three miles on the bike. I usually had a smoothie for breakfast. I cut back on calories to 1200 to 1600 a day instead of what I used to do. At night, I would take a walk and do the situps that I did the day before. That sounds like a lot and I don't know if you're in school, but that's how I did it. I doubt you're overweight, though. |

You don't need alot of time, or expensive gyms to exercise. Do you like to dance? Well then dance for 10 min 3 times a week and build up to 20 min. Once you get up to 25 min 4 times a week you're good to go aerobically. When you're moving around you should be too winded to sing, but not too winded to talk. |

Exercise in the morning because it boosts your metabolism and you burn off more calories during the day.. |
