Today I wrote your name,
a million times over and again,
I put it in a circle,
because a circle has no end.
A circle is a strong symbol,
and an example of my love for you,
this may sound a little outlandish,
but like a cirlce, my love runs steady and smooth.
I picked through many shapes today,
but only a circle would fit,
and no matter how many tricks and obstacles,
the circle was surely it.
I replaced the circle with the square,
but a square always stops and takes a turn,
and unlike that square,
I don't want to turn the other direction.
I then replaced the square with a diamond,
And the riches a diamond values must be a hoax,
because if a diamond should cut glass,
then it should cut the heart.
Which makes me wonder about the heart shape,
why didn't I put your name in it?
Because when a heart is worn out,
it dies and a circle doesn't quit.
So this brings me to my conclusion,
I'll always keep you in my sphere,
not my heart,
and with this circle I will forever hold you dear.
