PAIN........a sad but true story about me....~Shaynabear~

Holding the knofe so close to her skin
She wonders when the pain will begin
Her heart is screaming trying to hold on
In a second, she knows her life will be gone

She rememebers the guy that she loved
The one who said she was his only one
she remembers the time they shared together
He said his love would last forever

High school days were all a mess
They made fun of the way she dressed
They never ledt her be who she wanted to be
She didnt know how to make them see

They all pretended to be her friends
And made her believe they would stay till the end
She wondered how people could enflict so much pain
Inside she was like everyone else
We're all the same

So here I sit with the knife to my skin
Wondering when the pain will begin
I put down the knife realizing this
I know there are people Im going to miss

So I ask myslef why
I get talked into lies
Why won't the pain go away
So I can live my life today?
