I have heard of this happening but I dont know what it is or how to get rid of it. One of my husband's messenger buddies used to say that all the tiem when he would talk to her.  |

The envelope with the blue line, you can find it in your received files folder, it won't delete once you send it to the recycle bin so I'm thinking you have to uninstall msn messenger first or something to enable you to erase it, I had this problem once, I think that's how I solved it, I'll ask some of my friends to see if they know about another way.  |

oh I know... u use control alt delete.. and end the task that sees out of place then go to ur recivied files folder and delete the file and empty the recycle bin.. that's how i got rid of mine  |

I would do what Skylar says. Try uninstalling your MSN Messenger, then re-installing it.  |
