Okay, I finished packing my bag for the hospital. (Nine days left till my due date!!! YIPPIE!!!!!!) My husband has encouraged me to make a CD with songs on it since I will be in the hospital for 48 hours after my babys birth instead of the normal 24. I am fully in agreement to this, but I am not sure what songs I want to put on it. I like everything, from rock (anything from oldies through modern and everything in between) Country, R&B.... EVERYTHING!!!! With the exception of CLASSICAL music. I am running out of ideas of songs and since I am making 2 CD's need some help. I can download any song imaginable with a program my husband has on his computer (no it's not napster LOL) Any one have any suggestions on some songs that might be soothing, or atleast get my mind off the fact I'm in a hospital? (I have never had any type of surgery or had to stay overnight in a hospital where I was the patient, so this is gonna be a new experience all around) Who knows you may mention some I've forgotten and would LOVE to include. Anyway, thanx for the input!!!!!

Date: 11/25/2002 8:30:00 PM  From Authorid: 26452    I agree with BEWD, November Rain is a beautiful and slow song, if you like Guns N Roses, "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Don't Cry" are very relaxing...."Iris" by the Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox20 "Push"... "Karma Chameleon" by Culture Club is a good one, but it has a kinda fastish beat. Good luck and Congrats!
Date: 11/26/2002 4:26:00 AM  From Authorid: 60685    I loved Moon Angel's suggestions, I was gonna say "Sweet Child of Mine", a song that I just love and is very soothing to me is "Everything" by Lifehouse, "From this Moment" (I think that's how it's called) by Shania Twain, You didn't say hip hop but you can try "It's Getting Hot In Here" by Nelly (hehe), I'll try and think of more. Congrats on the baby ;) *hugs*
