Mommy's smoking,,,,,,,,,JAak   Author:  42703  Category:(Poetry) Created:(11/25/2002 8:26:00 PM) This post has been Viewed (403 times) Mommy is killing me- with her smoking, I thought i ment more to her, but she's still puffing on her cigarette, she doesn't want the best for me, my little lungs are choking on tar, i never had a chance to grow as far as i could've gone, that nicotine is drowning me in a haze of birth disease, can't she hear me crying? Her habit has got me too- only if she could see my face, her husband's eyes are mine- but i've got her lips, she'll never see me beautiful, as she takes another puff for me, even the doctor told her not to smoke any more, she didn't help her self to be free from the bad habit of smoking, now here i am-weak and wrinkled, my breathing is heavy..just like my mom,,who doesn't care about me, after i enter this world she will see all the bad things she's done to me, could've been healthy-don't know even if i'll live, if i could only warn the rest of moms not to smoke if their going to have a kid, then maybe every baby would be healthy and not get messed up like i did,, mommy-i love you,,,this isn't fair, you've killed me before my first breath of air.
