I can tell you this...Some times all it is is a way to track air currents and wind speed at diferent altitudes , however , there is a rumor going around about haarp , and weather changing programs ran by uncle sam.
So i guess it could be anything.  |

I've never seen them myself but Art Bell has talked about it. He said the Government is trying to change the weather by seeding clouds to make rain and snow. This could help with fires and with the drought on the East coast of the US. Alpha-Zero  |

...its not so much the Govt not telling you...its the ancilliary Agencies that aren't telling the Govt what they are doing with all that funding. The average stiff in Congress has as much knowledge as you about what is truly going on in the country they 'supposedly' control...  |

...well, technically the Govt aren't really the ones spending that money on hammers and toilet bowls...not the plebs you see on your TV in Congress anyway...they have much better things to do with their time, like introduce interns to Cuban cigars...but I digress...it is the separate Agencies that hold the secrets...that take those Open Cheque-books and write out and write off thousands on 'toilet bowls' *wink wink* and 'hammers' *nudge nudge*. Those puppets in their shiny suits who get 'elected' are nothing more than figure-heads, scapegoats to wave around and distract the 'sheople' (mixture of sheep and people - LOL!) into believeing that they, the sheople, actually have a say in what happens in their country... |

I saw some stuff like that here. I live in Arizona, the Southeastern part and anyway... This was last November I think, about a year ago and one night me and my friend went out on a backroad to take pictures of the moon cause he had a really good camera and it was a full moon. Well I was looking at the moon with my binoculars while he took pictures and I saw a BIG plane fly right in front of the moon! It was so cool looking! Anyway we started looking and he said they were F-16's and we counted about 15 or 16 of them flying around. We figured they were just practicing or something. It was at night to so I thought that was weird.  |

Sunny, that's a scary thought. :O Oak Ridge National Labratories aren't that far from here. That's where they made the bombs that we dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in the war. I don't want to even think about it. |
