dizzy jay i try hard not to reply anymore, but i feel im needed here. Binding spells can be done with poppet i.e. doll magick, and knot/cord magick. The old saying 'hes bound to do it' comes from this. You can bind yourself to an object to make sure it returns to you, this is done with cord/knot magick. You can also as u said bind yourself for protection, and even healing! Just always remember the rules of magick for binding shouldnt be done for love spells (unless not targeting a specific individual) and done to make people love you etc...or harm them.  |
