i did a silly thing earlier while making dinner.. i took the pot off the roasting pot and put it down on the counter and a few moments later i needed to move it.. the cat is trying to get my attention to no end for some reason(i think she is just trying to annoy me with her meows and running around my feet) and silly me forgot to put on the oven mitt and forgetting it's hot... of course i burned myself.. the cat is whining like crazy... i think i did a decent job of burning myself you can see a slight line on my finger print where the metal touched and and now it's 2-3 hours later of keeping ice on them they still hurt and feel like they are on fire!!... oy! i haven't done this in a VERY VERY VERY VERY long time...
