Date: 11/27/2002 4:55:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 52826    im not sure if mine are beauty marks or moles... what are the differences?
Date: 11/27/2002 5:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 46486    I don't have a mole, but my dad had one and he got it removed, it was simple procedure
Date: 11/27/2002 5:01:00 PM  From Authorid: 46486    Beauty Marks are frekles (I think)
Date: 11/27/2002 5:12:00 PM  From Authorid: 61782    My dad has had them removed before. I'm not sure how much it cost. The only advice I can give is to tell you to go see a dermatologist. Best Wishes :-)
Date: 11/27/2002 5:13:00 PM  From Authorid: 53052    the difference between a mole and a freckle is that a mole is raised up while a freckle is completely flat and usually smaller then a mole.. i don't know how much to get them removed it would be different by each doc i would think i think it's pretty simple out patient procedure if i have it right
Date: 11/27/2002 5:20:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 52826    do you all know if they scar allot also? is it just a small nonraised white mark or is it a full out scar? they advise so far has been great! thanks a ton!
Date: 11/27/2002 5:26:00 PM  From Authorid: 21598    I have gotten like 3 or 4 removed.. it doesnt hurt.. they numb it and then just scrape it right off.. you dont feel it. As for the cost, you will have to ask a local dermatologist. I had insurance but i am pretty sure it's not cheap.
Date: 11/27/2002 5:36:00 PM  From Authorid: 22433    I had a mole removed from my back ummm i think 4 or 5 years ago. It didn't hurt at all. As for the cost, the insurance covered it because the dermatoligist says that it could have eventually turned cancerous if i left it.
Date: 11/27/2002 5:38:00 PM  From Authorid: 22433    oh, and as for scarring, the only scar thats there is from when they had to stitch it up for a few days afterward. so, it's just a normal stitches scar.
Date: 11/27/2002 6:35:00 PM  From Authorid: 20956    roflmao @ title!! sorry but thats the only reason i popped in here ... that part of the movie cracks me up!! sorry hun i dont have any moles so i cant help ya, but all the best anyway :)
Date: 11/27/2002 6:46:00 PM  From Authorid: 61673    well my friend got some removed but she got them removed for free because they looked cancerous. i have no idea how much they cost to get removed and i think she said they numb them...i dont remember though
Date: 11/27/2002 7:05:00 PM  From Authorid: 47218    I've had a few removed-- some just shaved off, and others cut out. Doesn't hurt much-- they numb it, of course. It does leave a scar though-- size depending on how big the mole was. If your moles are large (bigger than a pencil eraser), irregularly shaped, or uneven in color you should talk to a skin doctor about getting them removed for health reasons. Insurance would cover it.
Date: 11/27/2002 9:08:00 PM  From Authorid: 26452    As far as I know its a pretty simple procedure. I've never had one removed though...But, Are you really sure you want them off? Sometimes they can look nice if they're in the right aera.
Date: 11/28/2002 8:32:00 AM  From Authorid: 50861    I scratched one off my accident, it hurted like hello! But I have never had one removed surgically. I think it would hurt. If you get more information lemme know because I have one my face and it is starting to look gross
Date: 11/28/2002 5:21:00 PM  From Authorid: 18516    I have no idea. Sorry!
Date: 11/29/2002 3:42:00 PM  ( From Author ) From Authorid: 52826    thanks for the information every one... Sun Angle, i know what you mean... i was thinking about a tital for the whole thing and i just thought about austin powers...its such a great line! lol!
